Food Service at K2
Summit Public Schools is proud to participate in the National School Lunch Program. This year, we are partnering with LunchMaster, a USDA certified vendor, to offer your child healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch every day. We provide hot and cold meal options daily. If your child has dietary requirements, please contact our school’s front office.
Applying for Free or Reduced Price Meals
Families can apply for free or reduced price meals. We request all families complete a meal application every year. Even if your child does not eat school meals, eligibility for free or reduced price meals can entitle you to benefits such as waivers for SAT/ACT exam fees and college application fees.
Complete your meal application online today at this website: https://mymealtime.com
→ Register or sign in, click on “Free & Reduced Applications,” then select “New Application.”
→ Next, choose “California” and “Summit Public Schools,” and proceed to complete your application. You will need your child’s student identification number. Please contact the school office if you have any questions or prefer to complete a paper version of the application.
Meal payments are accepted by cash or check (made out to Summit Public Schools: K2) at the main office, or you sign up to pay online at this website: myschoolbucks.com. Access the sign-up guide or reach out to Nayeli Hernandez for additional help in setting up your account.
Pre-paying for meals is preferred, as it saves our Operations Manager many hours of accounting and billing work. For more information about our meal charge policy, please refer to our student and family handbook.
Please see our non-discrimination statement.
Lunch Menu (2017 – 2018)
